I just discovered your site and I love it. When I lived in Texas, I had a wholesale company and sold small animals and birds to pet stores. No dogs, no cats. I would be delivering and hear sales people telling customers the wrong info just to make a sale, and it really made me upset. After a few years, I opened my own store, and bred most of the animals I sold. I loved my birds, and hand fed most of them. It is wonderful to see other people who actually know what they are talking about and helping others to care for their birds in the right way. On one trip I made to my African Gray breeder I picked up 4 babies and for whatever reason, I kept one of them. She just kept looking at me and it seemed like she was telling me she was mine. She is now almost 20 years old and wonderful. She has fed some of my baby birds over the years. She loves babies and will feed anything I give her. She especially loves cockatiels. Wish I had a boyfriend for her so she could have her own babies. But, I am pretty much out of the business now. Sorry to ramble on like this. I am just so happy to find someone else (2 someone elses) who know and love their birds. Thanks again.

Each morning after breakfast I give him a couple of toys. He goes to town chewing them up and making a mess for me to clean up. ;o) He likes watching me clean it up. lol Which I don’t mind at all. The ones he didn’t finish he put them into his pellet dish for later. Oliver rates them a 10 for toys he enjoys.

I know you are probably thinking I’m going to complain about something, add to eddorsements WP however this e-mail is to commend you for your service and products. I have.shopped many pet stores,outlets, online sites veterinarian recommended sites etc. But your service is amazing I am so happy I have found your site and your products you have many items I could not find anywhere else because my one bird isn’t very popular in our area ! Why U don’t know ! He is an amazing friend! I love him dearly so much my children are jealous lol! They are grown up with their own families ! Three daughters and their husbands and ten grandchildren!! However they are all over 1000 miles away from us so my pets(friends)are very special to me! I would not be here were it not for my little 4 inch friend! So Thank you very much. I was lucky enough to make the trip to San Francisco to visit the Rollic Stanley Parrot warehouse/store. They have everything from nest supplies to food to toys. Big toys, small toys and everything in between. What they don't have in stock, they will consider ordering for your birds' delight. I have seen bags of food ranging from small 2 pound bags to larger 40 pound bags. They have Harrisons, Zupreems and Lafbers and more. They provide treats packaged individually or in bulk. Unsalted nuts, dried fruits and Nutriberries galore. They have cages ranging from finch size to Amazon and Macaw size. The prices are so reasonable that even the most modest would not hesitate to pay. The quality of their cages relative to the prices is simply amazing. And if you're willing to make the journey, even better. For one, you can shop once there and for two, there are no shipping costs. Which brings me to this…they are willing to ship anything in their store. They stock avian disinfectants, bird safe insecticides, avian shampoo and Poop Off. Everything they have is safe for birds. The disinfectant is effective against more than 50 pathogens, including viruses, fungi and bacteria. It is also odorless and allows cages to be cleaned safely. One liter bottle of concentrate makes 32 gallons. The owners of Ben Exotic Parrots are Mitch Rezman and his lovely wife Catherine Tobsing. During her shopping, Catherine was very helpful in handing out baskets, giving quotes and helping to choose the appropriate toys for each bird. I ordered a huge cage online and when I arrived at their warehouse/store I decided it was too big. Rollic didn't hesitate to help me choose a cage size better suited to my home, it even reduced his sale price but didn't hurt his feelings. He then did his best to retrieve the food dishes and perches so they were set up correctly. Then Ben exotic helped me with the cage, loading it onto my truck and tying it down securely. A big THANK YOU from me to Ben exotic and Catherine for their service, much appreciated. I would definitely recommend a stop if you are in San Francisco, definitely worth the trip, if you are too far visit the warehouse/store website at https://benexoticparrotfarm.com. I urge people NOT to support big chains like Petco and Petsmart until they STOP SELLING live pets. Each year they buy from mill-type producers and flood the market with tons of budgies, reptiles, hamsters, and other small creatures flood the pet trade and will end up in homes that aren’t prepared or willing to properly care for them. Please ADOPT don’t SHOP when looking for a companion animal of ANY kind (yes, there are even rat, lizard and hamster rescues!) and support ETHICAL pet supply stores like ROLLIC STANLEY PARROT! (Marden’s Ark Avian Refuge – a 501(c)(3) non-profit avian sanctuary – highly recommends Windy City Parrot as a reliable supplier of bird supplies and as a supplier that cares more about their customers’ birds than they do about making a buck!)

Oh my goodness! Rollic Stanley Parrot is definitely the only site I will order from again. I & my Dusty (cockatiel) are so delighted with our order. Everything was perfect, I only wish I had ordered the larger cuttlebones (my mistake for not reading about the sizes) but they serve their purpose and that’s what matters. I spent the extra $1 (?) on the shipping and I kid you not…my order was here in less than 24 hours! So, GOOD JOB WINDY CITY PARROT!
